1. Not Financial or Betting Advice

EdgeFox Analytics Inc. provides sports betting analytics, data tools, and informational content for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the EdgeFox platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager.

The signals, expected value (EV) percentages, closing line value (CLV) metrics, win probability estimates, and all other analytics displayed on EdgeFox are mathematical outputs based on publicly available odds data. They are provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely on any EdgeFox output as the sole basis for any betting decision.

2. Sports Betting Involves Significant Financial Risk

6. No Guarantee of Results

EdgeFox makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that:

Any signal or recommendation will win

8. Profit Guarantee — Important Clarification

EdgeFox offers a goodwill "Profit Guarantee" that extends platform access at no charge if a subscriber is not profitable after their first subscription period. This guarantee must be understood as follows:

It is a guarantee of extended platform access only — not a guarantee of betting profits or financial returns
EdgeFox is not responsible for, and will not compensate for, any betting losses incurred during or after any subscription period
Profitability in sports betting depends on factors entirely outside EdgeFox's control, including variance, bet execution, sportsbook limits, and individual decision-making
The Profit Guarantee does not alter, waive, or limit any other provision of this Disclaimer or the Terms of Service, including the limitation of liability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeFox Analytics Inc. shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs of any kind arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on any data or analytics provided, or your sports betting activity.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether EdgeFox had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10. Acknowledgment

By using EdgeFox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. You confirm that you are using the platform for informational purposes only and that all betting decisions are your own.
