  • Billing Information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number
  • Bet Data: When you use the bet tracker, we store bet details including selections, odds, stakes, results, and associated metadata
  • Ticket Images: Photos of betting tickets uploaded through the tracker are stored securely on our servers
  • Communications: Support emails, feedback, and correspondence you send to us

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and server logs

We use third-party APIs (TheRundown, ESPN, The Odds API, API-Sports) to provide sports data. These services do not receive your personal information.

  • Bet Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time
  • Ticket Images: Retained for as long as your account is active
  • Server Logs: Retained for up to 90 days
  • Billing Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws (typically 7 years)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
