Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EdgeFox ("the Service"), operated by EdgeFox Analytics Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EdgeFox is a sports betting analytics platform that provides:

  • Real-time positive expected value (+EV) signal detection
  • Personal bet tracking and performance analytics
  • Closing line value (CLV) analysis
  • Bankroll management tools
  • Live bet monitoring ("Sweat Station")

EdgeFox is an analytics and informational tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or accept sports wagers. We do not hold funds on behalf of users. All betting activity occurs independently through licensed sportsbooks chosen by the user.

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to use the Service:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • Be legally permitted to engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting analytics services is prohibited
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. EdgeFox reserves the right to terminate your account if we determine that you do not meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. EdgeFox will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access multiple free trials is prohibited.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing

EdgeFox offers the following subscription tiers. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial available on all paid plans
  • No charge during the trial period
  • Credit card required at signup; billing begins automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled

Pro — Monthly

  • $199 USD for the first month (introductory rate)
  • $399 USD/month thereafter, billed monthly
  • Cancel anytime; access continues until end of paid period

Pro — Yearly

  • $3,591 USD/year (equivalent to approximately $299.25/month)
  • Approximately 25% savings versus monthly billing
  • Billed annually in advance

Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Free Trial Terms

  • Each user is entitled to one free trial per account
  • Creating multiple accounts to access additional free trials is prohibited and may result in account termination
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged

5.3 Profit Guarantee

EdgeFox offers a goodwill Profit Guarantee on the following terms:

  • If you are not profitable after your first full subscription period (first month for monthly plans; first year for annual plans), you may request an extension of your access at no additional charge, for a period equal to your original subscription period
  • To qualify, you must: (a) have tracked your bets in EdgeFox throughout the subscription period; (b) have placed bets based on +EV signals identified through the platform; (c) submit your request within 14 days of the end of your subscription period
  • This guarantee is a goodwill commitment and does not constitute a guarantee of betting profits. EdgeFox is not liable for any betting losses. The extension of platform access is the sole remedy provided under this guarantee
  • EdgeFox reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Profit Guarantee for new subscribers with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers who qualified under previous terms are unaffected

5.4 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
  • Applicable taxes will be added where required by law
  • You authorize EdgeFox to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

5.5 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before annual renewals.

5.6 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.7 Promo Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issuance. Promo codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated. EdgeFox reserves the right to expire or modify promotional offers at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.

6.2 Free Trial Cancellation

If you cancel before the end of your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Cancellation must be completed before the trial end date shown in your account.

6.3 Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current monthly period.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual subscription purchase (after the free trial ends) and have not made extensive use of the Service, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions.
  • Exceptional circumstances: Refund requests due to technical failures preventing access to the Service will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Promotional pricing: The first-month introductory rate ($199) is non-refundable after the billing date.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission
  • Share your account credentials with others (each subscription is for individual use only)
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Service without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop or train competing products or services
  • Circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms, or usage limits
  • Post or transmit any false, misleading, or deceptive content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 EdgeFox Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, code, algorithms, and data are owned by EdgeFox Analytics Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to Use

EdgeFox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8.3 User Content

By submitting any data, content, or information to the Service (including bet data), you grant EdgeFox a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal bet data.

8.4 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by EdgeFox without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service integrates with third-party data providers. EdgeFox is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Signal availability depends on third-party API uptime and data coverage.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

EdgeFox expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, signals, or analytics
  • Warranties that using the Service will result in profitable betting outcomes

SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE OF SIGNALS OR ANALYTICS DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. EDGEFOX ANALYTICS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL OR BETTING ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

EdgeFox Analytics Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Financial losses arising from reliance on any signal, analytics, or information provided by the Service
  • Losses arising from your sports betting activities, regardless of whether you used EdgeFox analytics

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDGEFOX IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdgeFox Analytics Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Your sports betting activities

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through account settings.

14.2 Termination by EdgeFox

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any reason at our sole discretion, with a prorated refund for unused prepaid periods (except in cases of Terms violations)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy or delete it in accordance with our data retention policies.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Province of Quebec, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

For Canadian consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur).

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

  • Sending an email to your registered address
  • Displaying a prominent notice within the Service

Changes take effect 14 days after notice for existing subscribers, or immediately for new users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other legal notices published by EdgeFox, constitute the entire agreement between you and EdgeFox regarding the Service.
